Neighborhood Information

Single Family homesites boasting with Traditional American styling will makeup the streetscapes of Forest Hills Farm. Using nature as a backdrop, the character of the homes will come to life with their front occasional porches and color schemes complementing the surrounding landscape.

The neighborhood will capture the character of the land as well as elements from the Johnson Tree Farm that has been on the property since 1940.

A covered walking bridge will be placed along a walking trail. We hope to add history to this bridge by using some of the old barn boards from the existing barn on the property.

Two entrances will welcome you into the neighborhood, each professionally landscaped.

A private boat dock on Forest Lake will be accessible by a short walking trail leading from the neighborhood parking area.
